Troubleshooting: Mail login issues

Note: Make sure you have activated your e-mail account to start with! Access the respective e-mail account's details page from Admin > Site Settings > E-mail Accounts and see if the "Resend invitation e-mail" is still available.

If it still is, then the account is not active, as you have not created a password for it. Proceed to resending the invitation e-mail, setup your password, and if still having issues, follow the steps below.

Are you unable to login to webmail or is it just your e-mail client? If it's the latter, make sure you have correctly followed the e-mail configuration guide , and that your credentials are valid.

If you don't have access to webmail as well, then trigger the password recovery email.
Access the respective email account detail page from your Admin > Site Settings > E-mail Accounts section, and trigger the password recovery e-mail.

If you are unable to setup a new password for any reason, contact Support .

If you've setup a new password and still cannot login, visit the Open SRS Status Page . or the Business Catalyst Status Page . If there's no relevant explanation for your issue, proceed to contacting our support line.

There are several reasons why you may be having trouble logging in. Below are the most common login issues members experience. I’m seeing “Oops, that login information was incorrect. Please try again.” Try the steps below to resolve this issue. Make sure caps lock is off (passwords are case sensitive) and you are not inadvertently adding a black space before or after your password. Reset your password using our Password Reset form. (Be sure to use the email address tied to your Lumosity account.) If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, please send an email to our customer support team and we can reset your password for you. If you’re still having trouble, clear any automatically stored passwords. This will ensure that invalid password information is not being entered for you automatically by your computer or browser. For instructions on clearing automatically stored passwords, please see this FAQ.
