Please try again.” Try the steps below to resolve this issue. Make sure caps lock is off (passwords are case sensitive) and you are not inadvertently adding a black space before or after your password. Reset your password using our Password Reset form. Troubleshooting: Mail login issues

Note: Make sure you have activated your e-mail account to start with! Access the respective e-mail account's details page from Admin > Site Settings > E-mail Accounts and see if the "Resend invitation e-mail" is still available.  If it still is, then the account is not active, as you have not created a password for it.
